Register to be a member of the Great Lakes Lacrosse Officials Association for 2023. This is the Adult Registration. If you are between 16 and 18 years old you can register as a youth official.
Requirements for GLLOA Membership:
Valid US Lacrosse Membership
Pay dues - $40
Attend at least one mandatory meeting
Support GLLOA philosophies (rule interpretation, mechanics, game management)

2023 GLLOA Junior Registration
Register to be a member of the Great Lakes Lacrosse Officials Association for 2023. his is the Junior Official Registration.
If you are over 18 years old you must register as an adult official. Junior Registration is free and is open to anyone age 16 to 18. If you are under 18 your parents will need to enter their guardian information and then can add you under them.
Requirements for GLLOA Membership:
Junior officials must have a valid US Lacrosse Membership
Complete the US Lacrosse training and exam
Support GLLOA philosophies (rule interpretation, mechanics, game management)
We require all junior members to be a member of US Lacrosse. This registration will verify your USL membership or allow you to renew/create your USL Membership. All players should change their status with US Lacrosse from "player" to "official" to be covered by USL insurance.
